Warranty
Mighty Tuff® product enjoys a 10-year express limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers
defects in product materials or workmanship when the products are used for intended applications. United Solutions
is the manufacture of the Mighty Tuff® product and other products as listed on our products page and offers product
warranty protection as marked on the product label if the product was purchased from United Solutions or an
Authorized United Solutions Dealer.
IMPORTANT: UNITED SOLUTIONS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES IN LAW,
INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR THE IMPLIED WARRANTY
OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
This express limited warranty does not cover commercial or industrial use, normal wear and tear, animal damage,
misuse, or product abuse.
10 Year Limited Warranty: United Solutions assures you, the end user customer, that the unit will be free from
defects in material and workmanship for normal household use for ten years (subject to the express limitations and
disclaimers stated in this express limited warranty) from the time of purchase.
Procedure for submitting a claim:
If you purchase a United Solutions product and wish to submit a claim, you can use one of the options
below. Please include the following:

You should hear back from our Warranty Support Center within 24-48 business hours from receipt of your
correspondence. If replacement parts are to be sent, please add 1-2 weeks of additional time (including shipping).
If there is agreement that this is an applicable warranty claim due to a manufacturing defect, but not for normal
wear and tear, United Solutions will either:
Replace the product in question with a like item; or
Issue a refund in the amount of the purchase based on the dated sales receipt that may be redeemed at any retailer
that stocks a current, similar Mighty Tuff® product. If you submit the date, sales receipt (or a copy thereof), the
value of the certificate will reflect the price reflected on the sales receipt. If you submit a copy of the date wheel,
the value of the certificate will reflect the average retail price of the warranted item.
Limitation of Liability
United Solutions expressly excludes liability for any consequential damages sustained by the purchaser or end-user
of the Mighty Tuff® product. United Solutions’ liability in connection with quality and/or any proper use of the
product are expressly limited to the return of the goods and repayment of the price, or to repair and replacement
of non-conforming goods or parts, as applicable.
