Executive Vice President, General Counsel and HR
Maria is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Human Resources for the CREO Group. She brings more than 28 years of legal experience, guiding business and legal teams through strategic initiatives focused on risk mitigation and organizational leadership. She is responsible for advising on matters across all departments at CREO Group, including transactions, negotiations, human resources, intellectual property, compliance, vendor and supplier relations, litigation, data privacy, real estate and leasing, and global outside counsel management. Prior to the CREO Group, she served as a General Counsel and also worked in private practice. Maria is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
