Amy Thorpe serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at CREO Group, Inc., where she is responsible for leading the company’s human resources strategy in support of its business objectives and growth initiatives. Amy is a strategic business partner known for leveraging strong business acumen to align HR strategies with overarching organizational goals, driving measurable and sustainable results. She brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to talent, organizational effectiveness, and culture, ensuring HR serves as a true value driver within the business. Most recently, Amy served as Vice President of Human Resources for New WinCup Holdings, Inc., a leader in the plastics and foodservice packaging industry. In this role, she led the HR function focusing on operational excellence and workforce engagement. Prior to WinCup, Amy was Division Vice President at Airgas, an Air Liquide Company, where she supported large-scale operations. She also led the human resources function for the Southeast and West Divisions of Ryder Logistics, Inc., driving strategic workforce planning and organizational transformation across complex, multi-site environments. Earlier in her career, Amy held progressive HR roles with Toyota Motor Manufacturing, where she developed a strong foundation in operational HR, employee relations, and high-performance culture building within a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. Amy is recognized for building and leading high-performing HR teams and serving as a trusted advisor. She is known for delivering proactive, effective solutions and disciplined execution enabling organizations to achieve optimal business outcomes through human capital.
